You Are The Source Of Your Creation
Chakras are organisational centres for the reception, assimilation, and transmission of life-force energy.
Our bodies are constantly communicating with the energies surrounding us. Every chakra preserves and channels pranic energy in our astral (energy) body, and influences the balance in our physical body. The Sacral Chakra (or Svadhishthana Chakra) is the second energy centre among the seven vital chakras.
The Sacral Chakra is located just below the belly button and is connected to our creative and sexual energy. It is also linked to our connection with our intuition, emotions, the emotions of the people around us, and our self-worth.
Svadhishthana means “dwelling place of the Self”, supporting personal expansion and exploration of sexuality, desires, and creativity. The Sacral Chakra is associated with the bladder, kidneys, and reproductive organs. The element of water represents flow and flexibility.
The Svadhishthana Chakra enables us to shape our desires. As the centre of passion, the Sacral Chakra awakens our power of creation. This allows a person to discover the power of choice, manifest their true desires, and create intimate relationships with others and themselves. The Sacral Chakra promotes emotional well-being. It plays an active role in our sexuality, expression of our emotional needs, self-awareness, confidence, creative expression, passion, and gives us the power to make our dreams a reality.
Common health problems from an imbalanced Sacral Chakra can include: Chronic lower back pain, arthritis, genital or sexual problems, hip issues, anaemia, joint problems, low energy, spleen and kidney issues, premenstrual syndrome, and depression. When the second chakra is unbalanced, it may cause emotional disturbance, irritability, a lack of creativity, disconnection from our body, lack of self-love, low self-worth and self-esteem, feelings of guilt, feelings of shame, or obsession with sexual thoughts.

We will also be purifying any attachments and blocked energies from past intimate relationships.
